DIN blank caps function just like Tri Clamp End Caps. They fit into male end with a gasket, and have the same bevel as welding liner. These caps are sized for the metric counterpart, and drop directly in to cap the connection. The round nut then presses the blank cap and welding male together compressing the gasket and forming a tight seal.
Example: A 50mm DIN connection size would be equivalent to a 2" tube OD
